Fresh air & thermal water
Next to our activities in our gym area and panorama outdoor pool with reverse flow system, we provide free hire bikes and are a certificated bed and bike hotel. The beautiful surrounding with various family bike tours, mountain bike trails and the cycleway Eurovelo 9 make bike hearts leap for joy.
Swimmer can exercise their hobby as well in the thermal bath close by or in the indoor aquatic centres in Wiener Neustadt.
If you love Nordic Walking (sticks are available at the reception desk) you can explore the nature and history of the surrounding on the provided hiking trails. Moreover, you can find run trails around the Niederösterreichischen Hof like along the river, in-between of fields or up the “Rosalia”.

Our new training golf course (since 2019) in the garden is suitable for beginners and for balancing a long seminar day.

Adventure air mountain & valley
After a paraglide-jump from the “Hohe Wand” you can enjoy the beautiful landscape from above. There are also options available for beginners with an instructor. In addition, climbers can enjoy in our house after an exhausting tour. Experience a pure wild-water adventure with a rafting tour along the “Schwarza” at the “Höllental”.
Horse riding enthusiasts can make use of the close by riding stables, which offer courses for children and carriage tours.
For tennis, you will find places in Lanzenkirchen and in the winter, there are indoor courses available.
Sailor can enjoy their passion after a 35 minutes’ drive at the lake Neusiedler.
Ice stock fans are invited to make use of our partner provider in Bad Erlach. Equipment is provided.
In winter, you can choose from various ski areas, like Zauberberg Semmering, Stuhleck or Mönichkirchen, which you can reach within one hour.
When Lake Neusiedl is frozen you may experience a wonderful idyllic ice skating or ice sailing day on one of Austria’s windiest lakes (Word Cup). Alternatively, ice skating may also be experienced on an the artificial ice rink in Wr. Neustadt.
In winter it is also very popular in our region to use the cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity, depending on the snow conditions. The trails in the Semmering and Wechsel area are also relatively snow reliable.
